Careers · Brilliqs, a Synthesys division
Open roles.
We're the data and AI arm of Synthesys Solutions. The company is twenty years old. This part of it is not. Two roles open. Both in Pune, both in-office.
Both full-time

Current openings
Read the full JD before you apply. Each one tells you how we filter, and we filter exactly that way.
Sales Development Executive
Every deal starts with one conversation nobody asked for. You'll learn to own it. Learn the service well enough to explain it to a plant head without notes, then go find the people who need it.
Data Engineer
Every dashboard you've ever trusted started as somebody's messy export. You'll learn to own that half. Gather it, clean it, move it, and build the pipelines that decide whether the AI on the other end is worth anything.
Who we are
Brilliqs is the data and AI arm of Synthesys Solutions, a 20-year-old IT company. Both roles sit here, at the new edge of it.
