Hiring now · Brilliqs, a Synthesys division
Sales Development Executive
Twenty years of credibility behind you. A new line of services nobody is waiting for us to explain. That gap is the job.
In-office
Freshers welcome
Sales lead
Who we are
Brilliqs isn't a garage startup. We're the data and AI arm of Synthesys Solutions, a 20-year-old IT company with a real team, real clients, and two decades of delivery behind it.
Brilliqs is the new edge of that business. New technology, new tracks: data engineering pipelines, AI and ML services, industry dashboard platforms. All of it sold to manufacturing and logistics companies.
Sales and marketing here can't be average. It's the function that decides how fast this thing grows, so we're hiring accordingly.
Read this before you apply
This JD is blunt on purpose. We'd rather scare off the wrong people now than waste your time and ours later. Sales here is real work. Rejection, follow-up, learning a technical service, convincing serious business buyers. If that sounds draining, stop reading. If it sounds like something you want, keep going.
What you'll actually do
- Research target companies and figure out who inside them makes decisions.
- Reach out, open conversations, and book meetings with business buyers. B2B, not walk-in customers.
- Learn our data/AI services well enough to explain them in plain language.
- Do discovery. Understand a client's problem before you pitch a solution.
- Follow up relentlessly and professionally. Most deals die from no follow-up.
- Keep your pipeline and notes updated in our CRM.
- Use AI tools to work faster on research, drafting and prep. Not to replace thinking.
What we're looking for
Honesty over bluffing
If you don't know something, say so. Bluffing a client ends deals. We test for this.
Self-starter
You research things without being told. You learn tools on your own. "I'll figure it out" is your default.
Relentlessly questioning
You show up with questions nobody asked you to prepare. The people who ask the most and the sharpest questions get up to speed fastest here. That's the entire learning model.
Coachable
You take feedback, act on it, and still think for yourself.
Thick skin
You recover from a "no" fast and keep going.
Clear communicator
You can explain a complex thing simply, then check the other person actually understood instead of just nodding.
Curious about tech
You don't need to be technical. You do need to want to understand what we sell and how it helps a factory or a logistics business.
What you do not need
- A sales degree or prior sales experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of data and AI on day one. You do need the appetite to interrogate it until it makes sense.
- Perfect English or a polished resume. Fluent enough to hold a conversation, with a good enough vocabulary to explain what we sell. We care how you think, not how you package.
How we hire
So there are no surprises.
Your email
The three things below, sent as a plain email or a formatted WhatsApp message. Most applications are filtered right here.
A conversation
Why sales, how you think, basic reasoning. You are expected to arrive informed. Showing up blank is an automatic no.
Research on your own
Research what we sell and who we sell it to. Deliberately open-ended. We want to see how much you dig on your own.
Deeper + role-play
Getting it "right" isn't the point. We want to see how you think, take feedback, and adapt in real time.
The offer
A full-time offer, with pay set on fit.
Fair warning: this process is designed to be hard. We are filtering seriously. If you get through, you'll know it was earned.
The deal
-
01
Pay, based on fit
Discussed openly and based on what you bring, with room to move fast if you perform.
-
02
Direct access to the founder
You learn how a real business sells by asking, not by sitting through theory.
-
03
A 20-year-old company behind you, a new vertical in front of you
Real ownership, small team, no busywork, visible impact.

Ten questions you have about Brilliqs
Not questions a Google search or a chatbot can answer. Questions that hit you after you looked us up and got stuck. Rank them, hardest first. This is the most important part of your application. -
One thing you figured out entirely on your own
What you were stuck on, what you tried that failed, and how you knew you had it right. Two short paragraphs. -
One sentence: why sales, and why here
Specifically here. Not "a growing company in the AI space."
We read every application that follows these instructions. We delete the ones that don't.
